1. Who we are

Mazmyn.ai Virtual Presenter ("the Service") is an AI presenter that runs product demos on our customers' websites, and an admin panel where those customers configure it. The Service is operated by Mazmyn.ai ("we", "us"). Contact: bauyrzhan.rustemov@gmail.com.

There are two kinds of people whose data we handle:

• Customers: companies, and the salespeople working for them, who use the admin panel.
• Visitors: people who watch a demo on a customer's website.

For visitor data we act on behalf of the customer whose website the demo runs on.

2. What we collect

From visitors

• The conversation with the presenter: voice audio while the microphone is on, speech recognised as text, and typed messages. Audio is streamed for recognition and speech synthesis. We keep text transcripts, not recordings.
• Facts the visitor tells the presenter about their business, for example company size or the problem they want solved.
• Contact details the visitor chooses to leave: name, phone, email, Telegram username. If they book a meeting, also the chosen time.
• Technical data: which slides were shown, session timing, the page the demo was embedded on, and the browser's time zone.

From customers

• Account email and a password hash.
• Presentation materials they upload.
• The salesperson's name, role, description and photo shown on the booking card.
• Their working hours.

From Google, when a salesperson connects Google Calendar

• The email address of the connected Google account.
• An OAuth refresh token.
• The free/busy intervals of the salesperson's calendar.

3. Google user data

When a salesperson connects their Google Calendar in the admin panel, the Service requests only these permissions:

How we store and protect it

• The refresh token is encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key that is not stored in our database.
• Free/busy data is held in memory for at most 30 seconds and never written to disk.
• Meeting events are created in the salesperson's own calendar. Google sends the invitation to the visitor.

Limited Use

• Mazmyn.ai Virtual Presenter's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• Google user data is used only to show availability and book meetings. It is not used for advertising.
• It is not sold, not used to train AI models, and not read by humans except where needed for security, for legal compliance, or with the user's consent.

Revoking access Disconnecting the calendar in the admin panel deletes the stored token and revokes it with Google. Access can also be revoked at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions at any time.

4. How we use data

• Running the demo and answering the visitor's questions.
• Passing the lead to the customer: facts, contact details, meeting time and a conversation summary. This goes through the admin panel and, if the customer set one up, their webhook.
• Booking meetings in the salesperson's calendar.
• Assessing leads against the customer's criteria, and improving the quality of the presenter.

5. Service providers

We share data only with the providers needed to run the Service:

We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

• Conversation transcripts and technical logs are deleted after 90 days.
• Leads are kept while the customer's account exists, or until the customer deletes them.
• The Google token is deleted as soon as the calendar is disconnected or the presenter is deleted.
• Meeting events stay in the salesperson's calendar under their control.

7. Your rights

Visitors can ask the company whose website they used, or us, to access, correct or delete their data. Write to bauyrzhan.rustemov@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days.

8. Security

• All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
• OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.
• Admin access requires authentication, and every presenter is visible only to its owner.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 16.

10. Changes

We will post changes on this page and update the effective date.

• Для клиентов: email аккаунта, загруженные материалы, карточка менеджера и рабочие часы.

Google Calendar Если менеджер подключил календарь, мы получаем:

• адрес его Google-аккаунта;
• занятость календаря, только интервалы «занят/свободен», без названий и участников;
• право создавать события встреч, которые назначили посетители.

Как обращаемся с этими данными:

• Токен хранится зашифрованным (AES-256-GCM), ключ лежит вне базы.
• Использование данных Google API соответствует Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use.
• Данные не продаются, не используются для рекламы и обучения моделей.
• Отключить доступ можно в админке или на https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Кому передаём Только сервисам, без которых продукт не работает:

• ElevenLabs — речь и диалог;
• HeyGen LiveAvatar — аватар;
• DeepSeek — обработка текста в админке;
• Google — календарь;
• Railway — хостинг.

Персональные данные не продаём.

Сроки хранения

• Расшифровки и логи — 90 дней.
• Лиды — пока существует аккаунт клиента.
• Токен Google — до отключения календаря.
